Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are eligible within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the software must be in its original, unused condition.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact our customer support at 01958104250 within the eligible period. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


No refunds will be issued after the 10-day refund period. Customized or personalized software may not be eligible for a refund.
